Creating a phmodern account is straightforward. Your ID must be valid (not expired), clearly legible, and match the personal details you provided during registration. A selfie holding your ID may also be required.

On the phmodern login page, click "Forgot Password?" and enter the email address linked to your account. You'll receive a password reset link via email within a few minutes. No. phmodern strictly allows only one account per person. Creating duplicate accounts is a violation of our Terms & Conditions and may result in the suspension or permanent closure of all associated accounts, including forfeiture of any balances or bonuses. If you believe a duplicate account was created in error, contact our support team immediately to resolve the issue.

Log in to your phmodern account and go to Account Settings > Profile. You can update your contact number, email address, and mailing address from there. Note that your full legal name and date of birth cannot be changed after KYC verification — these are locked to your verified identity. If there is a genuine error in your name or birthdate, contact support with supporting documents.

There is no maximum deposit limit set by phmodern, though your chosen payment provider may impose their own daily transaction caps.

Deposit processing times at phmodern vary by method:
  • GCash / PayMaya: Near-instant, usually within 1–5 minutes

  • Debit Card: Usually within 5–15 minutes
If your deposit has not reflected after 30 minutes, contact phmodern support with your transaction reference number for assistance.

To withdraw from phmodern, go to Account > Withdraw, select your preferred withdrawal method, enter the amount, and confirm. Your account must be fully KYC-verified before withdrawals are processed. Withdrawal processing times are as follows:
  • GCash / PayMaya: Within 24 hours
  • Bank Transfer: 1–3 business days
The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Withdrawals are sent to the same account or e-wallet used for your most recent deposit, as part of our anti-money laundering compliance.

If your phmodern withdrawal has exceeded the standard processing window, first check that your KYC verification is fully complete — pending document reviews can hold up withdrawals. No — bonus funds at phmodern cannot be withdrawn directly. They must first be converted to real money by completing the stated wagering requirements. However, any real money balance in your account that is separate from bonus funds can be withdrawn at any time, subject to the standard minimum withdrawal amount of ₱200 and KYC verification requirements.
