01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and phmodern ("we," "us," or "the Platform"). By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the phmodern website or services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the phmodern platform and close your account if one has been created. Continued use of phmodern following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

02 Eligibility

To register and use phmodern, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This is a firm requirement under Philippine gaming regulations and is strictly enforced through identity verification.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity) acting on your own behalf.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the platform from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of phmodern, nor an immediate family member of such a person.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from phmodern or any affiliated platform.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Philippine law.

03 Account Registration

Each individual may hold only one (1) active account on phmodern. Creating multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and a valid email address. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date.

Account verification is required before withdrawals can be processed. Verification requires submission of a valid Philippine government-issued ID (passport, driver's license, SSS ID, UMID, or PhilSys ID). phmodern may request additional documentation at any time as part of its Know Your Customer (KYC) obligations.

• You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your account.
• You must keep your login credentials confidential and not share them with any third party.
• You must notify phmodern immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
• phmodern will never ask for your password via email, chat, or any other channel.

phmodern reserves the right to suspend or close any account at its sole discretion, including where it suspects fraud, money laundering, or any breach of these Terms.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on phmodern are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). phmodern supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods for Philippine players:

• E-Wallets: GCash, PayMaya (Maya)
• Bank Transfer: BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, Security Bank
• Debit Card: Philippine-issued debit cards

Deposits: Deposits are generally credited to your phmodern account within minutes of a confirmed transaction. Minimum deposit amounts and any applicable processing times are displayed at the point of transaction. phmodern does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must be fully verified (KYC complete) before any withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically possible.
• Any active bonus funds must meet applicable wagering requirements before the associated real-money balance becomes withdrawable.
• phmodern reserves the right to conduct additional security checks before processing withdrawal requests, which may extend processing times.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and are displayed within your account dashboard.

phmodern is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, bank processing times, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

phmodern offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion, as well as the general bonus rules set out here.

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times (the "wagering requirement") before they or any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement is stated in each promotion's terms.
• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. phmodern reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• One Bonus at a Time: Unless otherwise stated, only one bonus may be active on your account at any given time.
• Expiry: Bonuses that are not claimed or wagered within the stated validity period will expire and be removed from your account without notice.
• Abuse: Any attempt to exploit, abuse, or circumvent bonus terms — including through multi-accounting, collusion, or irregular betting patterns — will result in the cancellation of the bonus, forfeiture of associated winnings, and may result in account suspension.
• Modification: phmodern reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.

06 Game Rules & Fairness

All games available on phmodern use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Live casino games are streamed from professional studios with real dealers operating under established casino rules.

By participating in any game on phmodern, you acknowledge and accept the following:

• The outcome of all games is determined by chance. phmodern makes no representation that any particular outcome is achievable.
• The house edge and Return to Player (RTP) percentages for each game are determined by the game provider and are available within each game's information panel.
• In the event of a technical malfunction or disconnection during a game round, the round may be voided and your wager returned, or the round may be completed based on the last recorded game state, depending on the circumstances.
• phmodern's decision on the outcome of any disputed game round is final, subject to the formal dispute resolution process described in these Terms.

07 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on phmodern. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant Philippine law enforcement authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any other time.
• Creating or operating more than one account on phmodern.
• Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Engaging in any form of cheating, collusion, or use of automated software (bots) to gain an unfair advantage.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the platform.
• Using the platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing phmodern staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, or reproduce any part of the phmodern platform or its content.

08 Responsible Gaming

phmodern is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes its duty of care to Filipino players seriously. We provide the following tools, accessible directly from your account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on how much you can deposit.
• Loss Limits: Cap the amount you can lose within a defined period.

09 Intellectual Property

All content on the phmodern platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, game interfaces, software, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of phmodern or its licensors and is protected under applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the phmodern platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any phmodern content without prior written consent.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on phmodern content.
• Use phmodern's brand name, logo, or trademarks in any manner that could cause confusion or imply endorsement.
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the phmodern platform.

Any unauthorised use of phmodern's intellectual property may result in legal action. All rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved by phmodern.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, phmodern's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

phmodern shall not be liable for any of the following, whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunity.
• Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
• Losses arising from your reliance on information published on the platform.
• Service interruptions caused by maintenance, technical failures, or circumstances beyond phmodern's reasonable control, including natural disasters, power outages, or telecommunications failures.
• Losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account where you have failed to maintain the security of your credentials.

The phmodern platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive for continuous uptime and a seamless experience, we do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

11 Privacy & Data

phmodern collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By using phmodern, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Key data practices include:

• Personal data is collected for account registration, identity verification, transaction processing, and customer support purposes.
• phmodern does not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

13 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of a dispute between you and phmodern, we encourage you to contact our support team in the first instance to seek an informal resolution. Most issues can be resolved quickly through our live chat support.

If an informal resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. phmodern operates in alignment with PAGCOR's regulatory framework, and complaints may also be directed to PAGCOR through its official channels where applicable.
